Hi, I’m Becki

I didn’t find yoga to get flexible. I found yoga because I was falling apart.

Divorced, raising kids, and watching my mother face heart failure, I was drowning in anxiety. My sister took me to a yoga class. They told me to be in the moment, and I realized I didn’t know how. That moment changed everything.

Since then, I’ve devoted my life to healing through movement, breath, somatics, and presence. I’ve studied yoga, biomechanics, trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, Thai bodywork, breathwork, coaching, energy healing, and more. But more importantly, I’ve lived it. I’ve walked through intimate partner violence, grief, addiction cycles, and ancestral patterns. And I’ve used these tools to rise.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to remind you of your wholeness.

This isn’t just my career. It’s my calling. And I’m honored to walk beside you.
